      U.S. singer John Mayer has canceled concerts scheduled in the early and delayed release of its forthcoming studio album since he was diagnosed with granuloma of the vocal cords.
       "I know there are people who depend on my presence there and I am very sorry that I will notbe able to be present at those concerts," said Friday, John Mayer.
       "After several months I have made weekly medical checks and I hope to cure this disease, I see myself forced to cancel future commitments due to a node near the vocal cords my, called granulomas," said artist American,33 years old
